The Pepper Genome Database (PGD) is a public platform for genetic research and pepper breeding.
Herein, we assembled two telomere-to-telomere (T2T) gap-free pepper genomes for Capsicum annuum and
Capsicum rhomboideum. The data for genome assembly and genome annotation can be retrieved from this
website. Please see page of "Download" for detailed information about data of this database. Several
useful tools, including Gene Search, BLAST are also accessible in
the page of "Tool". If you have any more questions, please feel free to contact with us.
